James Hogle is a nationally recognized speaker as the “credit expert”. He is the author of “Creating Customers for Life”, and is the Executive Director of U.S. Consumer Credit Restoration Association, LLC.
Former President of Trust Financial, Inc., an Indiana Licensed Mortgage Broker with over 15 years of experience in Indiana he specialized in helping “credit challenged buyers” achieve homeownership. He also was a CE instructor for Indiana Realtors teaching his accredited Get Mortgage Ready program.
He is a founding Board Member of National Association of Responsible Loan Officers (NARLO), and currently a Board Member for Hamilton North Chamber of Commerce. He was a charter member of the Indiana Mortgage Fraud and Prevention Task Force. He recently graduated from the Hamilton County Leadership Academy and the Indiana Entrepreneurship Academy. Education includes degrees from Ferris State University in Michigan and Indiana Wesleyan University in Indiana.

David Hail entered the mortgage industry in 1981 after graduating from Ball State University with a degree in finance. He processes a background in not only mortgage lending but real estate and home building as well having obtained his real estate broker’s license in 1977 and creating a home building operation that built both entry level and luxury custom homes. His experiences give him a unique background and knowledge base that he effectively uses in his mortgage education classes and training materials.
From the very beginning David primarily focused on government loan products due to the unique benefits they offered home buyers and the time tested stability these products provided in an ever changing mortgage environment.

Tom Hughes has been labeled a “visionary” in the mortgage industry. His 32 years in banking (with a specialization in the secondary market both in origination and servicing) gives him an unusually broad base of experience.
He is one of six Certified Mortgage Bankers in the state. Additional accomplishments include being a nationally recognized winner of “Freddie Mac’s Loan Prospector Service Award”. He started the mortgage operation at South Central Bank and led the organization in being the first bank in Kentucky to originate an automated underwritten loan through Freddie Mac’s system. With continued growth, South Central Bank is now one of the largest community bank servicer in the state.
Tom served as President of Commonwealth Bank and Trust Mortgage Division during which time the organization was the first bank in the nation to have all of its processors and underwriters certified by Freddie Mac.
Upon returning to South Central Bancshares, Tom was charged with centralizing the secondary mortgage operation and is currently serving as the Mortgage Division President. In doing so, he has been a strong advocate of specialized training of his staff in order to bring more efficiency to the work place.
Tom has been a speaker at the national and state level on topics relating to the mortgage industry. He has taught banking and real estate at the college level. Additionally, he has conducted seminars for the Kentucky Bankers Association, taught classes at LSU Graduate School of Banking, and the National School of Mortgage Banking. He currently serves on Freddie Mac’s National Advisory Board for community lenders, serves on Corvisa’s Advisory Board, and is a Director and Vice President of the KY Mortgage Bankers Association.
Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Science degrees, from Western Kentucky University. He is also a graduate of the School of Mortgage Banking.
