Robert Pegg is the founder and publisher of The Niche Report (TheNicheReport.com), a B2B mortgage industry trade magazine with nearly 20,000 subscribers. He worked as an analyst for six years with Fannie Mae eventually ending up in their Mortgage Backed Securities team helping to create the “trading factors” used by Wall Street. David Hail entered the mortgage industry in 1981 after graduating from Ball State University with a degree in finance. Cathy McDaniel is the author of “A Road Map To Saving Your Home” which is available at the National Association of REALTORS bookshelf. Being in the real estate and mortgage industry since 1993, she joined American Real Estate University in 2007 as an educator. She has met over 25,000 real estate professionals over the last eighteen months with her signature course "Foreclosure REO Specialist” and is licensed in thirteen states as a continuing education instructor. Cathy serves as the event director for “Real Estate Industry Day” that features government agencies, mortgage and legal, to discuss loss mitigation, short sales, REOs, and foreclosure prevention that attracts over 800 attendees. Tom Hughes has been labeled a “visionary” in the mortgage industry. His 32 years in banking (with a specialization in the secondary market both in origination and servicing) gives him an unusually broad base of experience.

He is one of six Certified Mortgage Bankers in the state. Additional accomplishments include being a nationally recognized winner of “Freddie Mac’s Loan Prospector Service Award”.
