Accept Plus Risk Classification Eliminated Entirely-Review Your Pipeline NOW!

This is just one more in a long list of Freddie's tightening their guidelines. My guess is that the lenders won't take chances and you will probably have to fund all of your Accept Plus loan files by 12-7-08 or before. This means that lenders are enforcing it NOW.
