Help for Clients Whose Mortgage is Past Due

This may not help any of you to originate a new loan, but I know that many of you are working with or have past clients who have become delinquent on their mortgage. The biggest limitation is that this is for Fannie Mae loans only, and it must be initiated by the Servicer.
