FHA - CAIVRS Telephoned Access to be Discontinued!

ANY time that you have a potential FHA borrower, you should check CAIVRS. It can be a deal-breaker, and you need to know right up front! If you are counting on your Processor to deal with it, you may want to make sure you get the file to him/her instead of keeping it in your possession.
